Upper Division Week 3 Overview!

In the beginning of the week it was very rainy, the boys managed to swim for a bit before getting rained out. Even when it was pouring outside everyone was having fun playing board games and making duct tape wallets.
Every morning we love having Yaakov Garfield and Yoni Cohen tell us the parsha and ask the kids questions throughout the week.
On Thursday we all went to the children's museum which was so much fun! The kids didn't want to leave there, there were so many activities going on! We loved the science, water play, and archery, it was a blast. We got to enjoy ice cream for Yaakov's birthday!  We had such a great week and we can't wait to have many more!

Upper Division Thursday trip fun

Our Thursday Children's Museum trip! Was a blast...

Lower Division end of week 3!

Another full week has gone by. We are almost midway through camp! Wow, how time flies. Today we had an interactive circle time, we baked challah, enjoyed kiddush, made our cupcakes, and of course enjoyed the icing and sprinkles. Looking forward to week 4.
Have a great shabbos,
MJ

Lower Division day 14 Fruity fun

Thursday we had a day "fruitful" day! The children learned all about different types of fruit. We looked at their sizes, colors, what animals eat them, where they grow, and how heavy they weigh. After passing them around we decided to juice the apples and oranges! Children came up and helped push the fruit through the juicer as we watched the juice come pouring into the pitcher. What a special treat it was to have freshly squeezed juice. Everyone enjoyed the apple juice, and those who enjoyed a bit of a bitter taste enjoyed the orange juice as well. Next time we will get bigger and sweeter oranges!
The children got to play with the special wooden train tracks! That was so fun to build.
