Dear Parents,
WE had a fantastic day today at camp! The transition as smooth sailing and the kids all adjusted to the location and summertime fast.I wanted to hold off swimming maybe for midday, but the kids were so psyched and excited to go out to the pool that we did it after some free play time. We were out be the pool for about an hour. The children played with cups and kitchen toys, in the water, as well as balls. We ran through the sprinklers and played on the playground. By the time we came in they were famished. We had lunch, and some napped. The room had dim lights and everyone had quiet time with books. We then did circle time and stories as well as davening. The children enjoyed stampers, and crayons, as well as coloring their own summertime fans to keep cool. In between all our projects we played with toys, and puzzles. At two everyone enjoyed themselves out on the playground and then a few short stories by Morah. Boy did the day go by fast! Can't wait for tomorrow!
