Dear parents,
This week is coming to an end...I can not believe there is one week of camp left with me! Eight weeks seemed so long, now looking back they really have flown by. This week we got rained out with swimming in the beginning of the week, but had a great time indoors with projects, soup making, play dough playing, castle building with chairs, story telling, circle time and lots of games.
Our soup had carrots, celery, onion, squash, parsley and split peas. Some children had 4+ bowels. They were a great help cutting the vegetables. Looking forward to Shabbos party on Friday, and a farewell to Rachelli.
Since camp is coming to an end, it could not have been the same without our counselors! Rachelli, Ingrid, Rina, Olga and Carla. They have made everything run smoothly. From numerous bathroom trips, to changing in and out of swim suits, lunchtime, playing with the children and giving them lots of love. The ladies will definitely appreciate your tips and tokens of appreciation for their hard work. Suggested is minimum 5 a child per counselor, or $1 a week per child per counselor. We really love the children and look forward to many more fun summers with them!
