Some started off with a few tears but they definitely did not last long! The children started the day with getting acclimated to camp and each other. We had some indoor and outdoor fun. Then 10-11 we had an amazing davening and circle time. Everyone sang along. Following circle time we all went to play in the pool. It did drizzle a bit, which only made us have more fun. After we were wet and cold we got changed and had lunch. Some of us were very tired and went down for a nap. The rest of us had story time and quiet play. When all our friends were up we got to enjoy ice pops and the playground. To finish the day off we colored special "Daddy" posters for fathers day. Many of them are not finished....so mommies please feel free to help your children get them completed :)
Before we knew it day one was all done! Can not wait for another fabulous, fun filled day tomorrow.
Please remember to send in sippy cups, especially for the younger children since often times they end up spilling. Do not forget to label as much as you can! If you are missing anything at the end of the day please let me know so we can get it to the correct owner. We do have some unlabeled clothing in need of a loving home ;)
You may send in meat and peanut butter lunches if you would like. If that is a problem please call me and let me know.
Camp is 9-4...In the gate on Braesridge and out the gate of West Bellfort to prevent traffic jams and accidents.
